Step 1

Complete our online qualifying questionnaire.

Step 2

If you qualify for our Online Will service – you will automatically start this process to create your own Will.

Step 3

Once completing the process, your Will can be downloaded to execute when you wish, or you can simply store it in case you want to make any changes before you finalise it.

Bonus Services:

You can also create your own Enduring Powers of Attorney – EPOA’s are legal documents that let you appoint someone to make decisions about medical, personal, or financial matters.

If your circumstances are complex or beyond the scope of the Online Will, you can complete an Estate Planning questionnaire, which will be reviewed by one of the legal specialists who will contact you to arrange a convenient time to meet.
